Full creative direction for a French home improvement platform connecting homeowners with trusted professionals — from brand identity to UI redesign and AI-powered social media content.

The Challenge

The project began with a full redefinition of the brand identity to establish a stronger and more modern positioning. This foundation then informed the redesign of the platform’s user interface, focusing on clarity, consistency, and a smoother experience built around a unified design system. The final phase extended the brand into social media through AI-powered video content to strengthen visibility and engagement.

The Solutions

01– Brand identity

The project began with a full redefinition of the brand identity to establish a stronger and more contemporary positioning.

The goal was to create a clean visual language that communicates trust, professionalism, and accessibility within the home improvement sector.

This phase focused on:

• A refined and modern visual direction
• Improved brand consistency across all touchpoints
• A stronger and more recognizable identity system

The new identity became the foundation for the entire digital experience.

02– UI/UX Redesign

With the brand direction defined, the project evolved into a full redesign of the platform experience.

The focus shifted toward creating a clearer structure, improved usability, and a seamless navigation flow across all devices.

The interface was built around a unified design system to ensure:

• Visual coherence across all pages
• Scalable and reusable UI components
• Better readability and content hierarchy
• A more intuitive user journey

Every design decision was guided by clarity, simplicity, and functional performance.

03– Design system

This project was part of the Coherence global design system. The global system was created as a foundation for consistency across products, while the Le Guide de l'Habitat identity was adapted through a refined color palette and brand-specific variations.

This approach allowed for faster implementation, improved scalability, and a coherent experience across the ecosystem.

04– Social Media & Mascot Creation

The final phase extended the brand beyond the platform into social media through AI-powered video content designed for Instagram and TikTok.

A brand mascot, "Gui", was introduced to bring personality and continuity to the communication. Gui acts as a helpful guide across content, helping animate posts, explain services, and create a more engaging and recognizable brand presence.
