Overview

Cohérence Concept was created to rethink the digital direction of the Cohérence ecosystem through a more connected and scalable experience. The project focused on building a unified visual language capable of extending across multiple platforms, interfaces, and communication touchpoints while maintaining consistency across the entire ecosystem.

The Challenge

Cohérence Agency had no unified visual language, design system, or UI/UX framework to communicate its brand across digital touchpoints. Without consistent typography, color tokens, component guidelines, or an intuitive interface structure, the studio struggled to present a credible, professional identity and to differentiate itself in a competitive creative market.

The Solutions

01– Brand identity

The project began with the creation of a unified brand identity for the Cohérence ecosystem, designed to establish a stronger, more modern, and future-oriented positioning.

The objective was to create a flexible visual language capable of supporting multiple products while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand presence.

This phase focused on:

• Defining a cohesive visual direction for the ecosystem
• Establishing a scalable identity framework
• Creating consistency across products and digital touchpoints
• Building a stronger and more recognizable brand foundation

The resulting identity became the cornerstone of the entire ecosystem and informed every subsequent design decision.

02— UI/UX Redesign

With the brand foundation established, the project evolved into the design of a modern and scalable product experience.

The focus was placed on creating intuitive user flows, improving usability, and developing a consistent interface language that could be shared across multiple products.

The interface was designed to ensure:

• Clear navigation and information hierarchy
• Consistent interaction patterns
• Improved accessibility and readability
• Flexible layouts adaptable to different product needs

Every experience was designed around simplicity, scalability, and user-centered thinking.

03— Design System

A global design system was developed to serve as the foundation of the Cohérence ecosystem.

The system brought together shared design principles, reusable components, interaction patterns, and visual standards to ensure consistency across all current and future products.

This approach focused on:

• Reusable and scalable UI components
• Shared design tokens and variables
• Consistent interaction and accessibility standards
• Efficient collaboration between design and development

The design system established a flexible framework that allows individual products to evolve while maintaining a unified ecosystem experience.

04– Social Media & Mascot Creation

The final phase extended the Cohérence ecosystem beyond the platform through social media content and AI-powered storytelling designed for Instagram, TikTok, and digital communication channels.

A brand mascot, "Markus", was introduced to give the ecosystem a recognizable face and strengthen the connection between the brand and its audience. Markus acts as a digital ambassador, helping communicate ideas, present products, and bring consistency across content and campaigns.

Through a combination of motion design, AI-generated videos, and social media storytelling, Markus became an engaging extension of the Cohérence identity, making complex concepts more accessible while reinforcing brand recognition.
